Cepa Judith looks different from most alliums. This allium is also called ‘pointed cap’ and that is not surprising given its appearance.
Cepa Judith can grow up to 80 centimeters in length. The stem is green and the ball is a mixture of yellow and lime green, the top is green and shows an aubergine-like glow at the tip.
This variety can easily be kept in the vase for 10 days without changing its appearance.
